Sloper: The Toplogger Competition
Sloper is an ongoing, accessible Toplogger Competition at Walhalla, suitable for climbers of all levels.
Every 6 weeks, we start a new competition when a new set of boulders is built in sector 1. Each week, we add a new sector until all sectors are included. The competition ends the evening before sector 1 is replaced again.
Scoring: Each boulder you complete earns you points. It works as follows: each boulder is worth 1,000 points divided by the number of people who have topped it. So a boulder climbed by only one person yields 1,000 points. If it's climbed by two people, you get 500 points, etc. The more boulders you log, the greater your chance of winning. Log your performances easily in the Toplogger app.
Prizes:
We raffle off great prizes among all participants, divided into three categories:
Category 1: level 2-5b
Category 2: level 5b-6b
Category 3: level 6b and higher
You can participate in 2 categories simultaneously. Prizes include bouldering gadgets from our shop, a 10-session pass, or two months of free bouldering!
Closing with Special Beer: On Wednesday, October 16th, the evening before we "reset" sector 1, we invite you to enjoy exclusive craft beers from independent breweries after your bouldering session for €5 each. This is a perfect opportunity to drop by, see which boulders yield the most points, and improve your ranking at the last minute!
